Dozier's Regatta Point Yachting Center
This marina venue offers "classy coastal" on the majestic Broad Creek and Rappahannock River with plenty of boats and docks as your backdrop. The Banquet Room is fully equipped with modern tech equipment, tables and chairs and opens up to a southern-style porch.
Freeshade Community Center
Freeshade Community Center is a wonderful cost efficient, do-it-yourself venue on level 5 acres with beautiful wooden floors and a stage. The community center was the Syringa High School Auditorium in 1936.
James Ross River Plantation
Located on Robinson's Creek in Urbanna, VA, James Ross River Plantation provides expansive waterfront views and modern amenities in a relaxing, classically decorated, 5 bedroom home. The house accommodates 14 guests with antique furnishings and modern comforts including a year round indoor pool.
